Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage from storms, hail, wind, or other weather events

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage from foot traffic or unauthorized modifications
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in original scope
• Issues covered by manufacturer material warranty

Manufacturer Warranties

In addition to our workmanship warranty, your roofing materials carry manufacturer warranties. These typically include:

• Asphalt Shingles: 25-year to Lifetime limited warranty (varies by product)
• Underlayment: Covered under shingle manufacturer warranty
• Flashing and Accessories: Varies by manufacturer

We provide documentation for all applicable manufacturer warranties upon project completion.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue you believe is covered by our warranty:

• Contact us as soon as you notice the problem
• Provide your name, address, and original project date
• Describe the issue in detail
• We will schedule an inspection promptly
• If the issue is covered, we will repair it at no cost

Maintaining Your Warranty

To keep your warranty valid:

• Do not attempt DIY repairs on the roof
